If you wear Old Skool in US 9, start with Classic Slip-On in US 9.5: go up 0.5 US sizes. The calculation keeps the same foot length anchor, about 262mm, then removes the Old Skool fit offset (+0) and applies the Classic Slip-On fit offset (-0.5).
