UK shoe size FAQs
- Is UK the same as US shoe size?
- No. UK men's sizes are 1 full size smaller than US men's (UK 8 = US 9). UK women's are 2 sizes smaller than US women's.
- Is UK shoe size the same as EU?
- No — they use different unit systems (barleycorn vs Paris point). UK 8 ≈ EU 42, but EU conversions always involve rounding.
- How do I convert UK to CM?
- Measure your foot length in millimetres and divide by 10. UK 8 ≈ 262mm foot = 26.2cm.
